Joy Ruff is a life coach, author, mother, wife, and grandmother, in which being a grandmother has been the highlight of her life. Joy has been a life coach for over 10 years and enjoy helping others, especially women, to reach the next stage in life and "Live your Dash". SFR has been a passion for several years and she is excited to help women everywhere to see their worth.
